I’ve escaped Austin, Texas – though it wasn’t a place I thought I would want or have to leave. After four years with a man I thought to be the love of my life, a fresh start was in order. Something clicked inside me, and I made a decision of which I have never felt more certain – to sell all of my stuff and travel the world, working remotely as a freelance designer. I suddenly felt confident and excited about building a new life for myself, fueled by my determination to transform all this pain into a life-changing journey of self-discovery. Along the way, I will be indulging my passions for graphic design, painting murals & watercolor landscapes, surfing, and getting lost in awesome places. This is the beginning of my new life.
